Cancellation and Refund Policies of Young Indians (Yi) Kolkata Chapter

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your participation in our events or request a refund. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent:

Event Registration Cancellation:

• Cancellations and refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Please reach out to us at info@yikolkata.com with the details of your case for consideration.
• In general, no cancellations or refunds are allowed unless explicitly approved by our team.

Refund Process:

• If your cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as soon as possible.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during registration.

Event Changes:

• Yi Kolkata Chapter reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the new event date.
